On Tuesday 16th of April our Transition year GAA Future Leaders class organised a wellbeing walk for our 1st year student community. The students took some time out of the classroom to enjoy a relaxing walk with their teachers and transition year students. Wellbeing is one of the Modules in the Future Leaders course. Throughout this module students have learned about the importance of feeling good, being resilient and coping with the stresses in life. The class have looked at the wellbeing indicators which include: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give. This walk touched on the indicators of connecting with the year group and being active. The students thoroughly enjoyed their walk.
