On Tuesday October 24^th MCS’ Guidance Department is hosting a college and career evening for senior students. Representatives from the Universities, Technological Universities and Agricultural Colleges as well as the University of Ulster will be in attendance. Students interested in Further Education options at Moate Business College will learn about their invaluable links with higher education colleges in Ireland and the UK. Athlone Training Centre will provide useful advice for students interested in apprenticeships.  Local industry and employers such as RBK, St. Brigid’s Credit Union, Ericsson, Alkermes, the Gardai and Defences Forces among others will be present on the night. We cordially invite Leaving Certificate students from local secondary schools to attend as it presents a useful opportunity to expand their future options.
