The building was amazing, we got a tour of the facility\u2019s and seeing all the computers, desks, open areas, different meeting rooms with people inside talking on teams and even a room with a pool table was really interesting.<\/p>\n<p>We\u00a0heard\u00a0presentations about data\u00a0analytics, telecommunications in particular the work\u00a0Ericsson\u2019s are doing with\u00a05G,\u00a0we also learned about\u00a0the various careers in ICT from people that work in Ericssons.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the work placement we\u00a0worked\u00a0in teams\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0websites using\u00a0HTML and CSS\u00a0code, we also made a media player with our own designs using the android app.<\/p>\n<p>We finished the week with an introduction to\u00a0python, we made many games such as guess the number and Rock Paper Scissors. This introduction was great as Python is part of the Leaving Cert Computer Science course so have gained an insight into this computer language, which is great.
