On Tuesday 18^th Decemeber students and teachers from Moate Community School hosted an afternoon of singing and music in Moate Nursing Home. Members of the school choir sang Christmas carols lead by music teachers Giselle Foley and Annmarie Farrell. Our school’s Trad. Group, lead by teacher Aine Ni Raghallaigh played some lively Irish music and members of the Student Care Team held a raffle as they chatted with the residents. Thank you to Moate Nursing Home for inviting us in as this was an enjoyable experience for our students and teachers.
