Moate CS students compete in the Battle of Wits quiz

On Tuesday 13^th November, 4 TY students from Moate CS represented the school in the Battle of Wits quiz. The quiz is organised by the County Council. The 4 students were Irene Murphy, Therese McCormack, John Horan and Oisin Murray. The team practised wide ranging general knowledge questions and represented themselves very well at the County Final held in Mullingar. They were supported by their teacher Mrs. J Booth.
